Cancellation & Refunds & Disputes
Hoosier Mobile Tire & Battery offers roadside assistance products & services, due to the nature of the products offered, all sales are final. REFUNDS ARE GIVEN SOLELY AT OUR DISCRETION, Refunds may be issued if communication with a representative leads to that conclusion. Disputes are treated as deceitful, erroneous and fraudulent. We will challenge all disputes and submit appropriate evidence to back our findings, if we lose disoputes we may pursue legal action. Hoosier Mobile Tire & Battery wishes the best for our clients and if there's a problem with our product/services, we expect you to contact our admin & management teams or any representative before taking action by disputing.
If you ask for service and cancel within a 5 minute window we will refund you in full no questions asked. If you cancel after the 5 minute window, you may be partially refunded or not refunded at all, at our discretion.
